Peachtree Hospitality Management LLC is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager in Saint Paul, MN to oversee hotel F&B operations including banquets and restaurants. You will recruit, train, and supervise staff, manage inventory, handle guest concerns, and ensure top-quality service across the main restaurant, bar lounge, banquets, and room service.

The role requires coordinating front and back-of-house activities, staffing shifts, monitoring costs, and reporting revenues and expenses.

  The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

Description

The Food and Beverage Manager oversees the operation of the hotel food and beverage including banquets and restaurant. They recruit and train staff, keep an inventory of food supplies, handle customer complaints, and prepare the menus. They will supervise the activities of the hotel’s main restaurant as well as the cocktail lounge, banquets, and any food ordered through room service.
