Job summary

Peachtree Group in Sacramento is seeking a hands-on Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead our restaurant, bar, and related service operations. You will uphold brand standards, mentor staff, and ensure a consistently excellent guest experience.

Ideal candidates bring prior supervisory hospitality experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required to support peak service times.

• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations.

• Collaborate with the culinary and front-of-house teams to enhance the guest experience.
• Assist with bar and restaurant service as needed, including opening and closing duties.
• FOH & BOH shift coverage when needed

We are looking for a dedicated Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead our team and ensure exceptional service.

Position Overview

The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for assisting with overseeing daily operations in our restaurant, bar, and food service areas. This role ensures high service standards, supports team development, and maintains efficient operations. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to create a welcoming dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the food & beverage team to ensure smooth operations.

• Assist with scheduling, inventory management, and ordering supplies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant, bar, or hotel F&B setting preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and beverage service standards.
• Experience with inventory management and ordering systems is a plus.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
