Job summary

Peachtree Group is seeking a Banquet Supervisor to collaborate with Banquet Captains and F&B leadership to plan, coordinate and execute events onsite at our hotel. You will help with room setup, timelines, and ensuring timely service while maintaining cleanliness and safety.

This role emphasizes professional guest service, on-site coordination of buffet setups and service, and the ability to carry trays of 6-8 plates and multiple drinks as events run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Assist in set-up procedures to ensure room design is executed correctly.
• Maintain a timeline of events to ensure seamless service.
• Ensure cleanliness of space and equipment in working condition.
• Must be able to carry a full tray of 6-8 plates with food on them.
• Coordinate with Banquet Captains and Food & Beverage leadership to execute banquets onsite.
• Deliver food and beverages from staging areas to guests.

Responsibilities

• Assist in set-up procedures to ensure room design is executed correctly.
• Maintain a timeline of events to ensure seamless service.
• Ensure cleanliness of space and all equipment is in working condition.
• Collaborate on buffet set up, drink stations and snack tables for each event as needed.
• Provide a high level of professional customer service at all times.
• Provide set up, service and tear down of each scheduled event.
• Respond promptly and courteously to requests.
