Peachtree Group in Sacramento is seeking a hands-on Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead our restaurant, bar, and related service operations. You will uphold brand standards, mentor staff, and ensure a consistently excellent guest experience.

Ideal candidates bring prior supervisory hospitality experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required to support peak service times.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising restaurant, bar, or hotel F&B operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the food & beverage team to ensure smooth operations.
• Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Assist with scheduling, inventory management, and ordering supplies.
• Ensure all food and drinks are prepared and served according to brand and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address any service issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the culinary and front-of-house teams to enhance the guest experience.
• Assist with bar and restaurant service as needed, including opening and closing duties.
• FOH & BOH shift coverage when needed
