Job summary

The Peachtree Group Hospitality Management team is seeking a diligent Room Attendant to own daily housekeeping tasks and support guest comfort in Saint Paul, MN. You will communicate with guests and staff to ensure rooms meet standards and service expectations, while maintaining teamwork with housekeeping colleagues.

Responsibilities include cleaning rooms and common areas, assisting guests, handling laundry as needed, and reporting any damages promptly to management.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate with guests and housekeeping staff
• Deliver high level of customer service at all times
• Work well in a team to maintain cleanliness standards

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned rooms to hotel standards
• Prepare rooms for guest arrival and maintain cleanliness of common areas
• Perform laundry duties as needed
• Stock and maintain housekeeping supply rooms
• Assist guests with requests and questions
• Report damages or repairs to management
• Keep track of lost and found items for the Housekeeping Manager
• Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction through timely service
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
