Murfreesboro Embassy Suites - Atrium Hospitality in Murfreesboro, TN, is seeking a Food & Beverage Director to lead diverse hotel dining teams and drive exceptional guest experiences.

You will manage labor, safety, and cost controls while collaborating with Event Sales and Services to optimize banquet and outlet performance. A culinary degree and ServSafe/TIPS certifications are preferred for this role.

Formación

• 4+ years of hotel culinary leadership experience.
• Deep knowledge of food preparation methods.
• Financial acumen in food costing, forecasting, and profitability.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and cloud-based tools.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Culinary degree and certifications (ServSafe, TIPS, Executive Chef) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop results-driven Food & Beverage teams through coaching, training, and accountability.
• Collaborate with Event Sales and Event Services to drive banquet and outlet performance.
• Champion guest service standards by elevating dining experiences across venues.
• Oversee labor planning, scheduling, and cross-training to control costs and optimize team efficiency.
• Manage health, safety, and cleanliness compliance, ensuring a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Drive revenue through menu design, inventory controls, and budget adherence.
