Murfreesboro Embassy Suites – Atrium Hospitality in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to welcome guests, check in/out and handle requests with warmth and efficiency.

You will work with a team to resolve guest issues, support events, and maintain a guest-ready lobby. Prior hospitality or customer service experience is preferred; a high school diploma is required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience with guests and teammates.
• Experience in hospitality or leadership is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; good communication and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk operations and be the go-to problem solver for guests and teammates.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs with warmth and accuracy.
• Support and train new front desk team members as a friendly coach.
• Resolve guest issues quickly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with daily tasks like event sheets, business center support, and lobby upkeep.
