Qualifications

• 3+ years of hotel management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Degree in accounting, business, finance, management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with POS/PMS systems such as Birch Street, Concur, ProfitSage, Sage300, and Workday.
• Process improvement mindset to optimize operations across departments.
• Integrity and reliable communications with stakeholders.
• Decisions with confidence to drive guest satisfaction and business results.
