Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required.
• Banquet food service experience of at least 6 months.
• Leadership potential or prior leadership experience.
• Food and alcohol certifications (or willingness to complete within 90 days).
• Physical stamina for lifting, bending, standing and walking during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the setup and breakdown of banquet events with precision.
• Coordinate the flow of service to ensure meals are served smoothly and on time.
• Guide and motivate the banquet team to deliver top guest experiences.
• Handle audio-visual setup and basic tech troubleshooting.
• Assist with scheduling, training and inventory to keep operations running smoothly.
