Job summary

The Oasis Hotel & Convention Center in Springfield, MO is seeking a Floor Technician to maintain the property’s flooring and support the housekeeping team. This role focuses on flooring care, equipment upkeep, and assisting in daily operations to ensure a clean, welcoming environment for guests.

You will clean, wax, and refinish floors, manage floor equipment, and assist with storage and receiving of supplies; weekend availability and attention to detail are essential for success in this

Our Floor Technician is responsible for the cleanliness and upkeep of the properties flooring.

Responsibilities

Physical Requirements

• This position requires constant standing, forward reaching, and walking. Position also requires frequent bending, kneeling, squatting, climbing and overhead reaching. Must be able to lift and carry 60lbs.

Working Environment

• Must be able to adapt to all weather conditions.

Miscellaneous Requirements

• Candidate must be able to pass a physical through Carr Physical Therapy prior to beginning employment with Prime, Inc.
