Housed within the Oasis, you will find Fire & Ice Restaurant & Bar, featuring Springfield’s only ice bar.

Responsibilities

• Sorts linen by type
• Identifies stain type and treats accordingly
• Loads/unloads washers and dryers
• Keeps lint traps free of debris
• Mends and irons linen as assigned
• Completes daily cleaning checklists
• Reports any maintenance concerns to management
• Disinfects linen buggies continuously throughout the day
• Occasionally retrieves linen from the Hotel Room Attendants

• Prior professional cleaning and/or laundry experience preferred
• Weekends are required

Physical Requirements

• This position requires constant standing and forward reaching; frequent side reaching, handing and grasping are required. Must be able to lift and carry up to 60 lbs. Pulling and pulling an average weight of 25 lbs is required. Candidate must be able to pass a job specific post-offer physical prior to beginning employment with Oasis Hotel.

Working Environment

• Primarily indoor working conditions in a fast paced environment.
