Responsibilities

• Removes all soiled linen and trash from rooms as soon as they become vacant.
• Separates linen by type.
• Maintains housekeeping closets with stocked supplies.
• Keeps department storage clean and organized.
• Cleans public spaces and guest room carpets.
• Assists in receiving and storing equipment and supplies.
• Delivers guest request items (rollaways, cribs, etc.).
• Assists in Laundry department when required.

The Houseman supports and services the Room Attendants by ensuring the cleanliness in assigned Housekeeping areas is kept clean and fully stocked.

Responsibilities

• Removes all soiled linen and trash from rooms as soon as they become vacant.
• Separates linen by type
• Maintains the housekeeping closets by ensuring that all supplies are stocked. This includes guest and room supplies, linen and the removal of all trash and boxes.
• Responsible for keeping the department storage room clean and organized
• Public space and guest room carpet cleaning
• Assists in the receiving and storage of all equipment and supplies
• Delivery of guest request items, i.e., rollaways, cribs, etc.
• Assists in the Laundry department when required

Physical Requirements

• This position requires constant standing, forward reaching, and walking. Position also requires frequent bending, kneeling, squatting, climbing and overhead reaching. Must be able to lift and carry 60lbs.

Working Environment

• Must be able to adapt to all weather conditions.

Candidate must be able to pass a physical through Carr Physical Therapy prior to beginning employment with Prime, Inc.
