Job summary

Extended Stay America in Franklin, TN is seeking a Maintenance Technician who ensures all property equipment functions and guestrooms are kept in pristine condition. You will follow Green Shield Binder guidelines and work with the management team to complete tasks promptly and safely.

Your role includes completing preventive maintenance, following safety procedures, assisting with guest requests, and coordinating with outside vendors when needed to keep the property in optimal condition.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure property equipment functions and guestrooms are maintained in pristine condition.
• Perform repairs listed on work orders and follow the Green Shield Binder instructions.
• Complete preventative maintenance inspections and repairs as outlined.
• Follow the Green Shield Schedule and SOPs to complete tasks per standards.
• Maintain organized and clean maintenance areas and safeguard tools.
