Qualifications

• HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry skills required.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals, blueprints, and SOPs.
• Good verbal and written communication required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on building systems.
• Repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related equipment.
• Inspect, replace, and maintain building components and fixtures.
• Clean and maintain machinery and systems, document work performed.
• Support guest experience by ensuring a safe, well-maintained environment.
