You will perform preventative maintenance and assist on major repairs, with responsibilities spanning electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and pool systems.

Qualifications

• Vocational schooling or certification in building trades (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or carpentry).
• Hotel or building maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to read instructions and communicate progress clearly.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and complete work orders for hotel systems.
• Inspect electrical systems and perform minor repairs as needed.
• Assist with major repairs of HVAC, plumbing, and kitchen equipment.
• Service the hotel pool and maintain chemical levels.
• Maintain exterior curb appeal and refurbish furniture in guest rooms.
• Move furniture as required and respond courteously to guest requests.
