Job summary
TownePlace Suites BWI Linthicum Heights is hiring a Maintenance Technician to keep guest suites and hotel equipment in good working order, including routine repairs and preventative maintenance. The role requires experience in electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, carpentry, and basic HVAC knowledge.
The technician will assist the Chief Engineer on guest suites, building and grounds maintenance, and uphold safety standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall repair, carpentry and basic HVAC knowledge.
- Maintains guest suites and hotel equipment with routine repairs and preventative maintenance.
- Follows safety procedures and supports a safe environment for guests and staff.
Responsibilities
- Maintain guest suites and hotel equipment with routine repairs and preventative maintenance checks.
- Assist Chief Engineer on guest suites and building/grounds maintenance.
- Provide a safe environment for guests and staff by meeting safety standards.
- Provide courteous service to guests and accommodate various requests.
- Be a team player and assist other departments when needed.
- Follow emergency procedures and Job Safety Analysis guidelines.
