McKibbon Hospitality seeks a Chief Engineer for our Tallahassee hotel to lead the repair and maintenance of the property's physical plant, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, pool, and life-safety systems, ensuring guest comfort and asset protection.

You will work with the GM and AGM, supervise maintenance activities, manage vendors, and train staff. A minimum of 3 years in a lead maintenance role and hotel experience is preferred; strong communication and safety compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a lead maintenance role, hotel experience preferred.
• Proficient in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, pool and life-safety systems.
• Ability to train and coach maintenance staff.
• Strong communication with hotel leadership and guests.

Responsabilités

• Lead repair and maintenance of hotel facilities.
• Monitor and manage service contracts and vendors.
• Schedule maintenance to minimize guest disruption and downtime.
• Assist GM/AGM with recruiting and training maintenance staff.
• Ensure compliance with NFPA and safety regulations.
