Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and building systems.
• Respond to guest repair requests promptly and professionally.
• Conduct preventative maintenance as scheduled by Chief Engineer.
• Maintain inventory and requisition parts as needed.
• Document daily activities and communicate issues to other shifts.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and use PPE required.
