Qualifications

• Vocational schooling or experience in building trades (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry).
• Strong mechanical understanding and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and follow technical diagrams and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on building systems and guest areas.
• Inspect and repair electrical, plumbing and HVAC components.
• Respond to maintenance requests and complete work orders.
• Repair and refurbish guest rooms and public spaces as needed.
• Maintain building exterior and interior to ensure safety and curb appeal.
• Log maintenance activities and track energy usage for efficiency.
