Job summary

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines; strong safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to guidelines to ensure safety and comfort of guests and team members.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC and cosmetic systems.
• Respond to guest repair requests and communicate effectively to resolve issues.
• Document daily activities and coordinate with shifts for continuity of service.
