Job summary

Four Points by Sheraton in California is seeking an Outlet Manager to drive profitability and elevate guest experiences within the hotel’s Food & Beverage outlet. You will supervise administrative planning, coordinate with the culinary team, and ensure high standards of service, cleanliness and merchandising.

The role requires 3–5 years in F&B operations and 1–2 years in management, with strong leadership, budgeting, and compliance skills. A Safe Server certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality degree preferred.
• 3-5 years F&B operation experience with supervisory duties required.
• 1-2 years management experience preferred in a hotel or similar setting.
• Certified in Safe Server Alcohol & Food Handlers or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct F&B Outlet administration and daily operations for profitability.
• Lead and coach staff to deliver exceptional guest service and satisfaction.
• Manage payroll, attendance, and labor costs; monitor inventories and cost controls.
• Collaborate with culinary to create appealing menus and merchandising.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and employment laws.
