Grand Pacific Hotel Services, L.P. in Carlsbad, CA is seeking a Full-Time Food & Beverage leader to direct and organize the F&B functions across hotel outlets, ensuring top-quality service and merchandising to drive profits.

You will oversee budgeting, scheduling, staff development, and events, while maintaining compliance with safety guidelines. The role requires 4-6 years in F&B operations with 2-3 years of management experience, plus valid Food Handlers and TIPS certifications.

Qualificações

• High school or equivalent education required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 4-6 years experience in overall Food & Beverage operation as well as 2-3 years management experience Required.
• Must have up to date Food Handlers Card.
• TIPS certification.
• Ability to obtain and/or maintain any government required licenses, certificates or permits.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and organize the Food & Beverage functions within the outlets of the hotel to maintain high standards of F&B quality, service, and merchandising to maximize profits.
• Lead in product awareness and to set the Resort's F&B programs apart from the industry as the leader in service, product, and sales.
• Plan and direct administration and planning of the Outlets to meet daily operation needs.
• Support and manage the hotel Outlets while collaborating with the Director of Food & Beverage and other department managers.
• Direct short and long term planning of all Outlets (Restaurant, Grab & Go, Bar, and Pool Operations).
• Develop and implement strategies for revenue enhancement and cost containment; manage budgets and marketing plans.
