White Lodging in Milwaukee is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to lead daily restaurant and bar operations at East Town Kitchen & Bar, inside the Marriott Milwaukee. You will oversee front-of-house and kitchen, drive guest satisfaction, and manage a dynamic, high-volume dining program.

The ideal candidate has proven hospitality leadership, strong P&L control, and a passion for coaching teams to deliver exceptional service.
