Tharaldson Hospitality Management is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager in Hanover, MD to lead daily F&B operations of outlets and banquets. You will drive profitability by managing budgets, controlling costs, and ensuring exceptional guest service.

You will recruit and mentor a high-performing team, schedule effectively, coordinate catering and events, and maintain safety and quality standards across all F&B areas.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience leading F&B teams in hospitality preferred.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and cost-control skills.
• Food safety certification preferred or obtainable.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of hotel food and beverage outlets and banquets.
• Develop and manage F&B budgets to drive profitability.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members.
• Create staff schedules ensuring optimal coverage and guest service.
• Coordinate catering contracts, events, and banquet functions.
• Monitor inventory, costs, and product quality; ensure brand standards.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with regulations.
