Job summary

White Deer Golf Complex in Montgomery, PA, part of Troon, seeks a Food and Beverage Manager. You will lead the Front of House F&B department, drive banquet sales, and ensure flawless event execution across setup, service and wrap-up.

You’ll hire and train FOH staff, manage costs, and maintain high guest satisfaction. The role demands strong leadership, excellent communication, and a solid background in F&B operations, including banquet experience, health compliance, and liquor laws knowledge.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of related experience in F&B management.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of health regulations and liquor laws.
• Experience in food & beverage/a la carte and banquet operations.
• Demonstrated management experience and strong business sense.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Daily management of Front of House F&B Department.
• Assist General Manager with banquet and event sales.
• Oversee banquet setup, breakdown, and related activities.
• Maintain client communications during events and staff support.
• Hire, supervise and develop F&B staff in FOH.
• Conduct training for FOH personnel in procedures.
• Oversee FOH accounting and budgeting for F&B.
• Forecasting, cost controls, and monthly inventory.
• Develop marketing programs to grow banquet business.
• Plan and coordinate special events and ensure guest satisfaction.
