Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center is seeking an Admin--1/2 F&B Director and Assistant F&B for a full-time salaried role in Denver, CO. You will oversee Food & Beverage outlets, including In Room Dining, Restaurant, and Coffee Shop, driving service standards and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include leading and developing the F&B team, managing payroll, budgets, forecasts, inventory, and coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless operations and financial performance.

Qualifications

• F&B management experience and leadership capability.
• Proven ability to develop and coach staff.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort with payroll, forecasts, and budgets.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
• High energy with a customer-focused mindset.

Responsabilités

• Support the Director in leading F&B outlets (In Room Dining, Restaurant, Coffee Shop).
• Direct and oversee development and performance reviews of employees.
• Hire, train, coach, and conduct salary reviews.
• Direct payroll, reports, forecasts, inventory, and budgeting for outlets.
• Coordinate outlet operations with other hotel departments for guest satisfaction.
• Implement procedures to increase guest and employee satisfaction and ensure Hyatt standards.
