Job summary

Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center is seeking an experienced F&B leader to oversee In Room Dining, Restaurant, and Coffee Shop operations. You will hire, train and coach staff, manage payroll, forecasts, and budgets, and align with Hyatt standards to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires proven leadership in high-volume F&B environments and strong communication across departments, with opportunities for growth and development in a dynamic hotel setting.

Qualifications

• The candidate has strong F&B management experience and leadership capabilities.
• Experience in high-volume concepts and guest service leadership.
• Proven ability to hire, train, coach and conduct performance reviews.
• Hospitality education is advantageous; formal degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director in leading F&B Outlets including In Room Dining, Restaurant, and Coffee Shop.
• Direct and oversee development of employees.
• Hire, train, empower, coach, and conduct salary reviews.
• Oversee payroll, reports, forecasts, inventory, and budget for outlets.
• Coordinate operations with other departments to ensure guest service.
• Resolve customer complaints to maintain high satisfaction.
• Implement procedures to increase guest and employee satisfaction.
• Ensure food & beverage quality and Hyatt standards.
