Job summary

The Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center in Denver seeks an experienced F&B leader to drive excellence across In Room Dining, Restaurant, and Coffee Shop outlets. You will guide staff development, implement payroll and budgeting, and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service.

The role requires a proven track record in high-volume concepts, exceptional customer service, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

F&B management experience in a hospitality setting.
Proven leadership with high energy and accountability.
Strong customer service orientation and professional presentation skills.
Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

Support the Director in leading Food & Beverage outlets including In Room Dining, Restaurant, and Coffee Shop operations.
Direct and oversee the development of employees.
Hire, train, empower, coach, and conduct performance and salary reviews.
Direct payroll, reports, forecasts, inventory, and budget for outlet operations.
Coordinate outlet operations with other hotel departments for guest service.
Resolve customer complaints to maintain satisfaction and quality.
Implement procedures to increase guest and employee satisfaction.
Exercise quality control for both food and beverage.
Maintain Hyatt standards of service and ensure implementation.
Perform daily walk-throughs for compliance with health regulations and Hyatt standards.
