Job summary

The Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center in Denver seeks an experienced F&B leader to drive excellence across In Room Dining, Restaurant, and Coffee Shop outlets. You will guide staff development, implement payroll and budgeting, and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service.

The role requires a proven track record in high-volume concepts, exceptional customer service, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• F&B management experience in a hospitality setting.
• Proven leadership with high energy and accountability.
• Strong customer service orientation and professional presentation skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director in leading Food & Beverage outlets including In Room Dining, Restaurant, and Coffee Shop operations.
• Direct and oversee the development of employees.
• Hire, train, empower, coach, and conduct performance and salary reviews.
• Direct payroll, reports, forecasts, inventory, and budget for outlet operations.
• Coordinate outlet operations with other hotel departments for guest service.
• Resolve customer complaints to maintain satisfaction and quality.
• Implement procedures to increase guest and employee satisfaction.
• Exercise quality control for both food and beverage.
• Maintain Hyatt standards of service and ensure implementation.
• Perform daily walk-throughs for compliance with health regulations and Hyatt standards.

The Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center is a 4-Star Full Service 451-room Hotel with 30,000 square feet of conference space, and we are currently recruiting dynamite individuals in our Finance department. We are conveniently located within the Hampden South neighborhood @ I-25 and 225 in the tech center. Duties Include

• Support the Director in leading the Food & Beverage Outlets including In Room Dining, Restaurant, and Coffee Shop operations
• Direct and oversee the development of employees
• Hire, train, empower, coach, and counsel, performance and salary reviews
• Direct the implementation of the payroll, reports, forecasts, inventory, and budget for outlet operations
• Coordinate outlet operations with other hotel departments to ensure efficient guest service
• Resolve customer complaints as appropriate to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality
• Implement procedures to increase guest and employee satisfaction
• Exercise quality control for both food and beverage
• Maintain Hyatt standards of service and ensure their implementation
• Perform daily walk-throughs to ensure full compliance with Department of Health regulations and Hyatt Corporate standards

Qualifications

• Proven leadership skills
• Hotel/Hospitality degree an asset
