Job summary

Ascent Hospitality is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead all Housekeeping operations across hotels, including the Laundry Department. You will ensure cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction while managing budgeting, scheduling, and team development.

The role requires prior supervisory or managerial hotel experience, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills to drive service excellence and financial profitability.

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience in Supervisor or Manager role.
• Previous experience in a hotel preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Ability to plan and organize the activities of others.
• Ability to lead a group or individual to accomplish a task.
• Ability to modify leadership style and management approach to reach goal.
• Ability to express ideas clearly both in written and oral communications.
• Ability to effectively handle conflict in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct and administer all Housekeeping operations including budgeting and forecasting.
• Lead and develop Housekeeping and Laundry teams; ensure quality standards.
• Schedule and supervise team members; provide coaching and recognition.
• Ensure proper chemical usage and safety labeling in compliance with regulations.
• Maintain inventory and order supplies; manage Lost and Found documentation.
• Coordinate with Front Office to ensure guest room satisfaction.
• Oversee Laundry operations and maintenance of equipment.
