Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping operations across the property. You will manage staff, plan long- and short-term objectives, and coordinate with other departments to deliver premier guest experiences.

The role requires strong leadership and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and guest satisfaction, with attention to safety, budgeting, and vendor relations.

Qualifications

• 4 years or more of progressive hotel Rooms Management experience (typically with Hyatt).
• Demonstrated ability to interact with people from diverse cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and administrative skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for short and long term planning and management of the hotel’s housekeeping operations.
• Develop and manage the budget and labor cost plans for housekeeping.
• Ensure safety and security policies are followed.
• Coordinate with other departments and vendors to maintain standards.
