Job summary

SpringHill Suites Rockwall is seeking a Hotel Sales Coordinator to assist in booking meeting and event spaces and to support the sales team. You will liaise with clients and departments to ensure events run smoothly and respond to inquiries by phone and email.

The role involves coordinating with sales, marketing, and outside vendors, generating reports, and preparing proposals. The position supports work-life balance and employees receive a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone and respond to caller inquiries in a pleasant manner.
• Answer client / bookers questions about property facilities/services (hours of operation, rates and room types, packages, promotions, entertainment, restaurants etc.)
• Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests.
• Responsible for coordinating internally with the sales & marketing team.
• Generating reports, preparing proposals, collections details, coordinating with clients & suppliers.
