• 3–5 years hotel event sales/planning experience.
• Bachelor's degree and/or 3+ years hotel and/or food & beverage experience.
• Proficient computer skills and programs.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional appearance and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of contracts negotiation and interpretation.
• Understanding of hotel operations across departments.

Aufgaben

• Sell local catering business (weddings, galas, social and corporate events).
• Maximize banquet space to meet/exceed sales goals; manage rooms and F&B revenue.
• Review contracts and coordinate communication before/during/after events with hotel staff and clients.
• Conduct hotel tours, tastings, menu planning, and agenda setting.
• Provide accurate forecast information for rolling forecasts; maintain pricing integrity.
• Collaborate with planners, vendors, and internal teams for event setup and post-event follow-up.
• Maintain strong client relationships for retention and acquisition.
