Job summary

Westin San Antonio North is seeking a Banquet Manager to oversee daily banquet operations, plan and execute events, and manage staff. You will coordinate with culinary and sales teams to ensure guest satisfaction and flawless execution of grand buffets and internal events in the banquet space.

The role requires strong leadership, planning, and financial controls, with responsibility across several F&B outlets as needed by the Director of F&B.

Qualifications

• Experience in event catering or banquet management is required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
• Knowledge of budget and cost control practices for events.
