Job summary

Hilton Los Angeles/Universal City is seeking an Event Marketing Coordinator to support hotel events and marketing projects. You will book and service small events, coordinate with clients, and assist with photo shoots and social media content.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in event planning or hospitality sales, strong communication, and proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office. This is a part-time on-site role requiring flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Book, coordinate, and service small events in dining outlets and banquet spaces.
• Communicate with clients to confirm event details, timelines, and requests.
• Conduct site visits and tours to secure event bookings.
• Coordinate with Culinary and Operations teams for seamless execution.
• Prepare banquet event orders and maintain records.
• Assist with photo/video shoots and on-site coordination.
• Draft captions, engage followers, and track social engagement.
