• Experience in guest-facing roles with strong communication.
• Familiarity with hospitality software and social media tools.

Responsibilities

• Book and service small hotel events in dining outlets and banquets.
• Coordinate with clients on timelines, details, and requests.
• Conduct site visits and tours to secure bookings.
• Collaborate with Culinary and Operations for seamless events.
• Draft banquet orders and maintain records.
• Assist with photo/video shoots and social media captions.
• Monitor guest reviews and contribute to marketing campaigns.
• Maintain event and marketing calendars and prepare reports.
