Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Cincinnati Midtown is seeking an organized, service-oriented professional to manage contracted groups and events. You will oversee billing for Group, Corporate and Catering, keep reservations and events systems updated, and serve as the on-site contact for tours and large arrivals.

Join a team that values collaboration and a fast-paced hotel environment, with responsibilities including distributing BEO packets, handling inquiries, and finalizing post-event reports.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).
• Delphi and/or RI experience is a plus.
• Able to lift 15 lbs and work evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Input and manage contracted groups, events & rooming lists.
• Oversee billing for Group, Corporate and Catering.
• Maintain reservations and event systems with up-to-date information.
• Act as on-site contact for site tours and large group arrivals.
• Distribute weekly BEO packet to internal departments.
• Handle group updates via calls and emails.
• Finalize group pickup numbers and prepare post-event reports.
