Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Cincinnati Midtown is seeking a proactive events coordinator to support contracted groups, events, and rooming lists. You will manage billing for group, corporate, and catering and ensure reservations and event systems stay accurate and up to date.

As on-site contact for site tours and large group arrivals, you will also compile weekly BEO packets, handle inquiries, and finalize post-event reporting. Some evenings and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience is required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel). Delphi and/or RI a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs.
• Evenings and weekends availability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Input and manage contracted groups, events and rooming lists.
• Oversee billing for Group, Corporate and Catering.
• Keep reservations and event systems up to date with accurate information.
• Act as on-site contact for site tours and large group arrivals.
• Compile and distribute weekly BEO packet to internal departments.
• Manage incoming calls and emails for group updates, changes and requests.
• Finalize group pickup numbers and complete post-event reports.
