Qualifications

• 5+ years in hotel engineering or commercial facilities maintenance.
• 2+ years managing a team.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs, life safety systems, vendor oversight, and capital planning.
• Strong leadership and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the daily operations of the Engineering department to ensure building systems and guest areas are maintained to the highest standards.
• Manage preventive maintenance programs, oversee capital projects and repairs, ensure life safety compliance.
• Supervise and develop the engineering team, coordinate with vendors and contractors, manage departmental budgets and ensure compliance with brand standards and local regulations.
