Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts in Herndon, VA, is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Engineering team and supervise maintenance staff. You will implement preventive maintenance, monitor life-safety systems, and ensure compliance with standards, codes, and regulations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in facilities or maintenance, EPA Universal and CPO certifications, and strong troubleshooting and communication skills. Evening/weekend/on-call availability is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in facilities or maintenance roles.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• CPO certification required.
• Experience with hotel maintenance and life-safety systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Engineering staff and oversee hotel maintenance.
• Administer preventive maintenance program for all property equipment.
• Monitor life-safety systems, utilities, and code compliance.
• Manage FF&E, grounds, pool and general upkeeping of the physical plant.
