Qualifications

• 6+ years in senior hotel or building management.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Excellent English communication.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical and building systems.

• Review contracts and negotiate revisions with vendors.
• Direct maintenance of structures, facilities and systems.
