Job summary

Indus Hospitality Group, Inc. seeks an experienced Engineering supervisor to lead maintenance staff in preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and related hotel systems.

This role directs daily engineering operations, ensures compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintains asset integrity. You will train front desk and engineering teams, coordinate annual drills, manage work orders and department budget, and support outdoor

Qualifications

• 2–4 years related experience and/or training
• Associate's degree (A. A.) or technical school equivalency
• Lift up to 100 pounds; exposure to moving mechanical parts, chemicals and noise

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Engineering staff; plan, assign and direct work; appraise performance; reward and discipline associates
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment and systems including HVAC, fire suppression, boilers/chillers, PTACs, and related wiring
• Maintain preventative maintenance schedule for all property assets and systems
• Train Engineering and Front Office staff on sprinkler and fire alarm procedures
• Coordinate seasonal outdoor work and assist with OSHA/Safety training
• Review and report on preventative maintenance results; manage work orders and department budget
