Job summary

Indus Hospitality Group is seeking a Facilities Engineering Supervisor to lead the Engineering team, ensuring high-quality maintenance of hotel assets and systems. Responsibilities include directing daily operations, scheduling preventative maintenance, and coordinating with Front Desk and Housekeeping.

The role requires experience in building systems, safety compliance, and strong leadership, with opportunities to train staff on fire alarm procedures and participate in safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Two to four years related experience and/or training.
• AA degree or technical training preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
• Experience with building systems and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Engineering staff; planning, assigning and directing work.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, fire suppression, boilers/chillers, plumbing, electrical systems.
• Maintain preventative maintenance schedule for all public spaces, guest rooms and equipment.
• Coordinate work assignments and maintain records on completed and pending work orders.
• Assist with OSHA/Safety training and quarterly fire drills.
