Job summary

Indus Hospitality Group, Inc. is seeking a Hotel Engineer to manage maintenance across the hotel facilities, systems, and grounds. You will troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and respond to guest service requests as needed.

The role supports energy efficiency, safety compliance, and coordination with vendors to uphold high operational standards while ensuring guest privacy and a hospitable environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Exposure to fumes, airborne particles, chemicals and dust.
• Able to work unsupervised and maintain guest privacy.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot equipment and perform repairs, including minor painting, plumbing and electrical tasks.
• Perform and record Preventive Maintenance in Guest Rooms & Public Areas.
• Maintain pool water quality and chemical levels.
• Assist with snow removal and outdoor grounds upkeep.
• Follow safety and security measures and respond to maintenance work orders promptly.
