Job summary

PM Hotel Group is seeking a Maintenance Manager to look after a hotel, ensuring repairs, preventive maintenance, and capital projects stay on track. You'll organize tools and equipment, supervise staff, and ensure safe, efficient work.

You’ll have at least 3 years in hotel maintenance supervisory roles and hands-on experience across HVAC, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and related trades. Expect a fast-paced environment with emergencies, nights, weekends, and on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• You have at least 3 years of management or supervisory experience in a hotel.
• You’re experienced with HVAC, electrical, carpentry, drywalling, painting, plumbing, roofing, and landscaping.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair malfunctions in mechanical or electrical systems (e.g., HVAC, plumbing) and other equipment throughout the hotel.
• Perform preventative maintenance assignments on a scheduled basis
• Lead, manage and communicate information about capital projects and property rehabilitation.
• Communicate with hotel department heads to become aware of maintenance needs and ensure timely response to internal requests.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and lead all maintenance staff.
