Job summary

PM Hotel Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician Supervisor to juggle multiple trade tasks across hotel operations, ensuring minimal downtime and reliable service. You will repair and maintain kitchen, laundry, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and guest room systems while proactively identifying improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Trade-related/training in mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry or building maintenance preferred.
• Ability to collaborate within a diverse team and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Repair electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment with minimum downtime.
• Install and replace light fixtures and bulbs.
• Conduct scheduled inspections and repair malfunctions.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of chemicals and hazardous materials with accurate reporting.
• Secure building and monitor/repair security systems and access.
