Job summary

Home2 Silver Spring, part of PM Hotel Group, is seeking an on-site Maintenance Manager to oversee daily operations, manage the maintenance team, and ensure guest areas remain safe and well-maintained. You will coordinate preventive maintenance, lead capital projects, and ensure proper tool storage and safety compliance.

You must have prior hotel maintenance supervision experience across HVAC, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, roofing and landscaping.

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years of hotel maintenance supervision experience.
• Experience with HVAC, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, roofing and landscaping.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-paced environment and respond to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of guestrooms, public spaces and back-of-house areas.
• Lead, train, evaluate and supervise maintenance staff.
• Coordinate capital projects and property rehabilitation; communicate with department heads.
