Job summary

Remington Hotels is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to keep the hotel in top operating condition. You will lead teams, perform preventive maintenance, and coordinate with management to uphold safety standards and guest experience.

The role requires hands-on expertise in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems, with strong communication and scheduling flexibility. The position is on-site and offers a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Prior hotel engineering experience required with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
• Must read and interpret drawings/diagrams/blueprints and understand test equipment.
• Flexible to work varying schedules including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure hotel engineering operations meet standards and keep records up to date.
• Conduct walk-throughs and assess maintenance of structures, systems and equipment.
• Lead and supervise associates, including training and coaching, and work with hotel management.
• Maintain grounds and ensure guest arrival experience is excellent.
• Implement safety policies and emergency procedures as per OSHA HazCom and safety guidelines.
