Job summary

PM Hotel Group in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to look after our hotel as if it were your home.

You will lead preventative maintenance, coordinate capital projects, and ensure safe, efficient operation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems while managing a team of maintenance staff. This role requires hands-on leadership and a focus on high-quality guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management or supervisory experience in a hotel.
• Experience with HVAC, electrical, carpentry, drywalling, painting, plumbing, roofing, and landscaping.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair malfunctions in mechanical or electrical systems (HVAC, plumbing) and other equipment throughout the hotel.
• Lead preventative maintenance assignments and manage capital projects and property rehabilitation.
• Coordinate with hotel department heads to address maintenance needs and ensure timely responses.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and lead all maintenance staff.
