Job summary

Spire Hospitality, LLC is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and operations of the hotel, ensuring guest comfort and safety. You will lead the engineering team, plan preventive maintenance, and coordinate with other departments to maintain a premiere property.

Responsibilities include scheduling, vendor liaison, and hands-on repairs, with a focus on reliability, security, and guest satisfaction in a bustling Healdsburg hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Hotel or customer service experience required.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Maintenance/handyman skills; HVAC/plumbing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example as a supervisor and assist guests with requests.
• Create and manage the Engineering department weekly schedule.
• Manage vendor relationships for on-property contracted work.
• Operate with Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Maintain a Preventative Maintenance program for guest rooms and equipment.
• Support department head and mentor the engineering team.
• Foster collaboration with Front Office, Security, Sales, Housekeeping, and F&B.
• Prioritize safety using PPE and OSHA guidelines.
• Perform general repair and maintenance on hotel equipment and systems.
